This series is a purge.

It’s a free window through which I explore plants and flowers that exist only in my head. It relaxes me enormously, as it follows the free movements of my hand, the brain only coming in much later to make the whole coherent. I let myself be inspired by the shapes accumulated in my memory, which my hand reproduces without knowing it. It’s very pleasant not to be forced to resemble or be faithful to a subject. It’s all freedom, as free as the direction a plant takes when it grows.

I work in different formats, which are also free, and leave the result up to you. This series is presented here in a jumble, a mosaic that you can sort by different filters.
