I pack and ship every artwork myself with care.

Every product comes with an original handmade drawing, a “Thank You” 15% Promotion Card, an Authenticity Certificate  2 Postcards, 2 Stickers and visit cards.

Shipping Costs are included in the sales price.

I live in Germany and mostly use DHL Services for Germany&Europe.

I gladely refund when the artwork was damaged while shipping. I may ask you to send me some details and picture of the damage before asking for refund, thanks.
